Apprentice / Plumbing Assistant+

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The essential function of the Service Technician Assistant is to learn the trade through hands-on experience and classroom instruction. This position will assist the Lead Service Technician in all aspects of their work. Including assisting on service calls in customers’ homes, learning customer service training to educate and assist customers in choosing service, products, and finance options.
QUALIFICATIONS:

The essential function of the Lead Installer is to install Solar Hot Water Systems as per specifications provided by the Hawaii Energy Efficiency Program and municipal plumbing codes-. This position requires the handling of all customer needs and requests as it relates to the install contract.

Customer Contract Administrator+

SUMMARY:
Builds & Maintains Long-term account contracts with customers (Accounts Receivable). Supports standard operating procedures for Project Contracts to maintain proper insurance, contract documentation, invoicing and billing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer Account Management
- Set up Business to Business accounts for NET30 billing.
- Run accounts receivable aging report and verify balances.
- Print and mail/e-mail statements.
- Call delinquent customers over 30 days.
- Defer delinquent accounts to collection agency over 120 days.
- Write off receivables approved by management.
- Make any adjustments to customer accounts or credit memo as a result of necessary corrections, refunds, and others.
- Post payments to proper invoice/accounts.
- Payment Processing
- Run credit card/check payments for walk in customers, customers calling in, or if tech having issues with processing.
- Follow up on returned checks.
- Make corrections to billing party if invoice is already in history (pdf only).
- Credit/void charges in point of sale system (Payzer).
- Contract Administration
- Contract Documentation & Filing: Signed Contract w/ Terms of payment, W-9, COI, Licensing, Lien Waivers, Notary Requirements, etc.
- Work with Service Manager, Salesman, and Call Center Manager to make sure proper documents are in place for projects.
- Prepare deposits
- Take care of postage (ordering supplies/stamps)
- Other duties as requested by management

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Delivery to and from job sites, customers, suppliers; pull materials for vehicle restock and placement of received items into warehouse inventory; verify counts and prices on shipments as well as update pricing as items are placed in inventory; maintenance of cyclical inventory counting, bins, prices, and inventory lists; maintain warehouse, vehicles, tools, equipment and grounds; assist with counter and phone sales; assist in product and material research for technicians including determining price and availability of products; assist technicians on job sites in any way needed.
